Harding Bros Electrical is a family business that has been installing, maintaining, testing and inspecting electrical equipment since 1964. PROJECTS
OXO TOWER
New lighting and power was installed to the courtyard area including LED step lights, LED lights within the coping stones, and an LED OXO sign installed on the new gate. All lighting is controlled via time clocks and dimmers within the basement area.
CHELSEA CREEK
Harding Bros provide routine and emergency support to the managing agent of this prestigious, high value, residential development in central London. We have provided a dedicated engineer to undertake all maintenance required allowing the Managing Agent to provide a seamless, luxury service.
SANDERS SCHOOL, HORNCHURCH
Complete school refurbishment valued at £1.2 million.
We have installed a complete new mains system, including panel boards and various distribution boards.
All lighting and power has been completely rewired, with all new LED lights, internally and externally.
We are also installing lay in ceilings as part of these works
Anticipated completion Mid August 2022.
WHITECHAPEL EAST LONDON
Harding Bros Electrical have recently upgraded an office block in Whitechapel East London.
New three phase lateral mains was installed to feed various 36 way disribution boards. Suspended galvanised trunking and trays were installed throughout the office block, along with galvanised conduits, this was allot show to give an industrial look. New Saxby lighting was installed suspended from the galvanised trays complete with emergency packs or stand alone exit signs.
Galvanised compartment skirting trunking was installed throughout, with all power and data wired to all offices.
The contract period was 5 weeks and the contract price was £140,000. All work was completed on time and on budget.
CHILTONIAN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE
This was an old run down industrial estate that has been demolished and rebuilt by the main contractor. Harding Bros Electrical have been employed to carry out the electrical works, which have been different within each unit.
The main works have been the installation of new split metered distribution boards, external sign lighting and phosco twin headed lighting columns to the service roads.
Within the units new power, heating and fire alarms have been installed as per the specification supplied. All works were completed on time and within budget.
RJ MITCHELL PRIMARY SCHOOL
Harding Bros Electrical were the preferred electrical contractor for Havering Building Services.
We were on site with 6 men for approximately 10 weeks. The work consisted of the extension of 8 classrooms, the staff room and pupils toilets.
A network of suspended trunking and tray were used to supply power and lighting circuits from 5 new MCB consumer units these were in turn fed from a new MCCB consumer unit.
Dado trunking with twin socket outlets was installed within the classrooms, as was new Thorlux lighting and emergency lighting. We also extended the existing fire alarm and installed new exterior lighting.
The value of the job was £200,000 and was completed on time and on budget.
